JP’s is owner operated. Our extensive experience in the Roaring Fork Valley, allows us to professionally clean every one of your windows. We scrutinize each one of your window panes, and review with you at the end of our cleaning, all of the details we have found. This gives you the comfort of knowing each pane of glass has been loved, and given a great deal of attention. Unfortunately we sometimes find: broken windows, blown out windows, chips, scratches, etching, irreversable carbon deposits, bad seals, and damaged screens. You can trust us to treat each pane, like we are the owners of that piece of glass. JP's Professional Window Cleaning keeps you informed with every little detail. JP's also demonstrates great care for the interior and exterior of your home by: covering furniture, wearing shoe covers, making sure shoes are cleaned, going barefoot, protecting the ladder legs so as not to damage carpet or hardwood, placing the ladder in the path of least resistence so as not to damage your: flowers, shrubs, bushes, or landscape.
All of our cleaning products are biodegradable surfracants, and are environmentally safe. This demonstrates our commitment to a "green-cleaning", approach. We even recycle our plastic bottles!
We are members of the IWCA - The International Window Cleaning Association is a non-profit trade 501(c)(6) association committed to raising the standards of professionalism and safety within the window cleaning industry, offering proper safety regulations techniques and raising the standard of professional window cleaners. Since its inception, IWCA has written an American National Standard Institute (ANSI) standard, the I-14.1 Window Cleaning Safety Standard which is referenced not only by building owners and property managers, but also the Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA). The I-14.1 Window Cleaning Safety Standard is the only standard of its type that is specifically for those in the window cleaning industry.
